Component Removal and Replacement

R320 - Y-Axis Drive Gear

Table of Contents

1. Power OFF and unplug the PLS.

2. Remove the X-Axis Arm.

3. Remove the Y-Axis Belt Clamp of the

side of the Drive Gear you will be

replacing. Do not remove the Y-Axis

Belt from the Y-Axis Rail.

4. Loosen all the Y-Axis Coupler screws

that are near the Y-Axis Motor.

5. Slide the couplers away from the Y-

Axis Motor.

6. Undue the 4 screws that hold the

motor in place. Set the motor aside

but do not remove it.
